Who wouldn't dream of living on the water? This 5 stories town house faces one of Baltimore's marinas, and for our youngest clients, we wanted it to feel like hanging out in a yacht club: While working with family heirloom pieces, and adding custom built-ins and millwork, our design embodies a sophisticated coastal aesthetic, featuring crisp nautical colors, natural materials, and elegant, comfortable furnishings that evoke a sense of leisure, freedom and quiet luxury. It seamlessly blends marine-inspired elements with a timeless, refined atmosphere, creating spaces that feel both inviting and exclusive, and that are seamlessly connected to the waterfront.
